  I had such a great experience today! I came in as a walk-in and was warmly greeted by Diana. She took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for and patiently showed me all of the different options. Brianna later joined us, and together we came up with the perfect ear stack. I really appreciated how collaborative the whole process felt. Both ladies were so nice, welcoming, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Brianna did my piercings, and she was great. The process was quick and easy, and she made sure I had all of the proper aftercare instructions before I left. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and I’m so pleased with how everything turned out. I absolutely love my new ear stack. Thank you, Diana and Brianna, for such a great experience!

  We had the BEST experience at Rowan for my daughter’s first ear piercing! 🥹💕 If you’re thinking about getting your little one’s ears pierced, I HIGHLY recommend Rowan! I was definitely a little nervous since it was her first time, but the team at Rowan made the entire experience so comfortable, calm, and special. One of the things that gave me so much peace of mind as a mom was knowing that the person doing her piercing was a licensed nurse. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring, and made sure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way. She did SO good, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Rowan made such a special milestone even more memorable. 💕✨ I would absolutely recommend them to any mom looking for a safe, professional, and positive first piercing experience!

  We trusted the website when it said Walk-Ins welcome, but what they really mean is walk-ins accepted if there are zero appointments. We went at 11:15am and were told we couldn't be seen until 1:00pm. So, we booked an appointment for later that day. Although we were on time for the appointment (5 minutes early), we weren't seen until 20 minutes after our appt time. Then the nurse basically told our daughter that her jewelry choice wasn't good and pointed us in another direction. She offered one that my daughter liked ($40 more than the original one), then tried to upsell me to a different version which was another $40 more expensive. 😒 Once my daughter was finally in the chair, the nurse's 'bedside manner' was less than great with my nervous 5 yesr old. This place is supposed to specialize in piercing all ages; I really thought it would be a little gentler for my girl. She did get a lollipop, bravery certificate, and a sticker, but those things don't make up for us being rushed and her being handled like a full grown adult. On top of all that, upon payment, the all-too-pervasive tip prompt popped up. 15% 20% 25%? You're joking, right?! You want me to tip on the $300 jewelry and the $20 cleaning solution?? That's actually hilarious! Even if the service was great (which it wasn't) that kind of tip prompt is totally absurd.

  My reason for only 4 stars... I expected more for the price and hype this company has built around itself. The appointment was for my 10-year-old daughter. This was her first time getting her ears pierced and no one took the time to go over aftercare with her. It was starting to get busy toward the end of us finishing up, so maybe this was unexpected and threw the employees game off... I can allow some grace there. Another thing was its wasn't made clear when booking the appointment that the cleaner they offer is available for an extra fee ($20 extra). I was not aware of this until the service was complete and we were at checkout. Now with that said, the cleaner is a high-grade hypochlorous acid, so you are getting good stuff! But when I was planning on already putting out $120 that extra $20 took me unpleasantly by surprise.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Rowan Piercing Studio in Fort Worth! The studio is absolutely adorable, welcoming, and incredibly clean. This was easily the best ear-piercing experience I’ve ever seen. My daughter got her ears pierced for the very first time, and everything went so smoothly. She was understandably a little nervous, but Latoya, who did her piercing, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made such a big difference for my daughter. She made her feel comfortable and confident, and before we knew it, she was done! One thing I really loved about Rowan is that their piercers are all licensed nurses, which gave me an extra level of comfort and confidence having my daughter’s first piercing done there. All of the jewelry they offer is hypoallergenic, which I really appreciated. We ended up choosing the titanium butterfly earrings, and I think they were such a great choice for her first earrings! 🦋💕 The only thing to be aware of is that Rowan is a little more expensive than some other piercing options, so I definitely recommend checking the prices beforehand. That being said, I personally feel that the experience and peace of mind were absolutely worth it, especially for younger girls or anyone getting their ears pierced for the first time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a safe, professional, clean, and positive first piercing experience! 💕✨
