  I had such an incredible experience with Tabitha at Chanel today (May 5th — the day I bought my very first Chanel No. 5! 😊). I came in curious about the original Chanel No. 5 after doing a little research on its history, and Tabitha completely brought that history to life. She let me smell the original version that launched on May 5, 1921 and shared fascinating details and how Marilyn Monroe famously wore it. What really made the experience special was how she guided me through the evolution of the fragrance over time. She explained how the core ingredients stayed the same, but subtle changes were made to keep up with the times and different clientele. Then she let me experience it myself walking me through multiple versions from different decades, including one from the 80s to the most recent 2016 version. When I was trying to decide between two, she paid such close attention and gently pointed out that my reaction said everything she said she noticed my eyes light up, close, and then open again when I smelled the latest version. I ended up purchasing it, and she even included a few samples of other scents for me to enjoy. To top it all off, she opened the door for me as I left such a small gesture, but it perfectly reflected her level of care and professionalism. Tabitha made the entire experience feel personal, thoughtful, and memorable. I didn’t just buy a fragrance I walked away with a story and a moment I’ll always remember.

  ⸻ Anna and Josh truly exemplify the elegance and excellence of this boutique. Upon returning to Fort Worth from Midland, I hoped to build a connection with my local Chanel destination. From the very first visit, the warmth and sophistication of the experience made me feel both welcomed and inspired.   I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Chanel store in Clearfork, thanks to the amazing team of Carol, Chelsea, and Kendra. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome in a luxurious environment. Their extensive knowledge and attention to detail when it came to color selections were truly impressive. As someone who doesn't typically fit the mold of the "average luxury customer," I often find shopping in high-end stores to be intimidating. However, these ladies transformed my experience and made me feel like a million bucks. They treated me with nothing but kindness and respect, a contrast to my past experiences at other luxury retailers, like Neiman Marcus, where I’ve previously felt like a second-class citizen. It's reassuring to know that I can step into this Chanel store and be treated with dignity and warmth. Hats off to Chanel for having such outstanding representatives for your brand! I can’t wait to return and continue my luxury beauty journey with Carol, Chelsea, and Kendra.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Tabatha and Anna during my visit! I went in to check out some makeup products and Tabatha was incredibly attentive, helping me pick out items I would love. She provided exceptional customer service and was so patient while I tried on different lipstick shades. Anna also stepped in to assist me with other products, and her support was fantastic. If you're ever in need of beauty expertise or fragrance suggestions, Tabatha and Anna are your go-to gals! They’re both so sweet and will make you feel truly welcomed. Can't wait for my next visit!
