My wife booked massages for herself and sister-in-law and paid deposits in advance. Because the online booking system is glitchy, she even called to confirm everything beforehand. Despite that, the spa still managed to misapply the deposits—failing to apply one and incorrectly applying the other. When she called to resolve it, she was on hold for over 15 minutes. The representative she spoke with (“Katie”) was dismissive and condescending the entire time. Instead of correcting the spa’s mistake, she suggested as “one of two options” that my wife and our sister-in-law just pay each other directly so the spa wouldn’t be inconvenienced fixing their own error. That’s completely unacceptable. It was also clear that notes supposedly added to the appointments were never referenced or used. For a business that positions itself as a premium experience, both the billing accuracy and customer service fell well below expectations. Proceed with caution. Apparently, don’t bother with their online booking and just call or set appointment in person.

I tried to book online, but the system required a $70 deposit out of my own pocket, even though I already had a gift card and couldn’t apply it toward the deposit. I called to see if there was another way to book, but I was told the deposit was still required. After speaking with the manager, I was informed there was nothing they could do to waive or apply the gift card toward the deposit. The only alternative offered was for me to come in person on my day off and hope they had availability. As someone who received a gift card specifically to enjoy a service, it was frustrating to be asked to spend additional money upfront just to make an appointment. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. I was looking forward to using my gift, but the experience left me disappointed before I ever had the chance to receive the service. I hope the company considers making the booking process more flexible for gift card holders in the future.

Everyone was very welcoming, attentive, and I was made to feel like the most important person while I was there. Even though I was their thousandth plus patron, I was treated as if I was their first ever. Great management/leadership, was displayed today in how each person had their own role and yet it was not beneath them to step into a lesser role to bring me a cup of water. Thank you All at Woodhouse for my experience, I will definitely be back!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit Cards.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time assuming you've filled out the necessary guest profile intake form. If the form has expired, please allow 30 minutes prior to the service time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile intake form. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort if time permits. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required if you book one service. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages, couples retreat's and multiple treatments lasting more than 1 hour. To ensure we can provide the best service, we require [24/48] hour notices for cancellations. With less notice, we are unable to fill the spot, and the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for lost revenue. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services to compensate for lost therapist time. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards, Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards and Care Credit financing. A Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase services only at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Donation gift cards expire by the end of the year they are presented due to tax restrictions. If names do not match what's on the gift card, information will not be released so as to protect the purchaser. If the recipient looses their physical gift card the purchaser will need to inform the spa that the gift card needs to be canceled and replaced with a new gift card number. It is not the spa's responsibility to locate lost or stolen gift cards or gift cards that have expired. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. The Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is non-transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. Only the purchaser of a gift card can elect to change the name on the Gift Card, but a $25 fee will apply. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities cannot be paid with Gift Cards and are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest with cash or a credit card payment.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit to your account.
