  Sold me rotten, unusable eye cream with no stock to exchange and refused to return it because their system couldn’t find my receipt. A waste of $45 and 30 minutes of my life. As with all things in EP, guess you just have to order anything of quality online.

  Went in to possibly buy some fragrances. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. The girls working there were putting makeup on and acted like I didn't exist so I left. This place was extremely dusty and unorganized. Which is insane since it just opened, also if youre hiring these types of workers it makes me wonder who got denied that actually wants to keep their store up to standards.

  I got excellent customer service from Pedro. He was busy stocking but took the time to ask me if I was looking for anything in particular, which I was. He then showed me the SPF products I was interested in and explained them to me, let me test the lotion samples as well as priced checked them too. Very pleased with my experience, thank you!
