- KSKristian SattelmeierSep 9, 20261.0Poor customer service. The staff seemed more focused on stocking inventory than helping customers. I went in with my mom and sister, and when my mom asked for help with a color match, the staff member seemed annoyed and provided very little assistance. I had gone previously for a quick purchase and had the same experience. As someone who manages a retail store i can sadly say this location is poorly managed and the employees do not take pride in doing their job. it reflects on the way they have their store kept and how they dismiss the customer.
- AVAlis ValdezAug 24, 20261.0Go to the other Sephora stores in El Paso. I’ve had multiple bad experiences there and the customer service is pretty poor, too. Cashier wasn’t too friendly nor helpful, nor empathetic. Hopefully her manager Jessica will manage the store better, as it got the wrong product due to disorganization. I wasn’t shopping at Walmart this is Sephora 🤦♀️

When it was my turn to pay, she demanded I enter my email. When I said no, she then asked if I didn't want SEPHORA rewards. I answered honestly and stated that I don't shop at SEPHORA, but it was only because I had a gift card. Her face said it all, and I guess since I didn't offer my email, I didn't get a bag like the other customers did. Oh well.
