- VCVanessa ChristySep 21, 20261.0Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at SalonCentric. We were treated poorly from the moment we were there, and the customer service was extremely disrespectful. We were sold products that appeared to have been previously used and were missing a significant amount of product. When we brought this to the employee’s attention, instead of acknowledging the issue or trying to resolve it, she lied directly to our faces about the condition of the products. That was extremely frustrating and made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. We also felt that we were treated differently because of our race, which made the experience even more upsetting and uncomfortable. No customer should be treated differently or made to feel unwelcome because of their race or ethnicity. I expect much better from a professional beauty supply store. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews what happened, and addresses the way customers are being treated. I will not be returning to this location.
