- TOThelma Ortiz3 days ago5.0The first time I walked into the new Lush, I met a gentleman by the name of Isaac. He was very experienced with all the products that they offer at the store. He was so sweet and kind to us. What was even more comforting and rewarding for me and my daughter would be the knowledge to answer any questions we had with a genuine conversation. He gave us some pointers plus recommendations that could help with our curly hair and how to maintain moisture. Then as we continue to go into the store, we met a lady by the name of Laura. She is also the nicest person that you will encounter. She is very knowledgeable as well and always smiles when she sees you and is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for either bath bombs, hand soap, body care, or curly products so stop by and ask for either of them you won’t be disappointed. We were left speechless in the best ways. It’s a highly respected place, quality products and I am it’s also a family oriented place. .

I’m assuming she’s a supervisor or manager for her to think her behavior was acceptable. I simply walked out because I will not entertain her miserable self. Nobody forces her to be working there. Employees seem very unhappy. Hopefully they can do better. Don’t waste your time here they are inattentive.
