He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the products thoroughly, and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs without making me feel pressured to buy anything. His positive attitude, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. It’s clear that he cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like him are the reason I will continue coming back to Lush. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommend asking for the gentleman If you visit the store. 😊

I’m assuming she’s a supervisor or manager for her to think her behavior was acceptable. I simply walked out because I will not entertain her miserable self. Nobody forces her to be working there. Employees seem very unhappy. Hopefully they can do better. Don’t waste your time here they are inattentive.
