Terrible experience!!! Went in for a pedicure and now my nails look like they have been chewed on. The male lobbed the polish on like 3 year old and left globs on the sides of the nail beds and on top of the cuticle, on top of that he chopped off my nails now they have no length and are uneven. The service felt rushed, sloppy, and careless. Never coming back.

My sister and I came in for a pedicure date and were really looking forward to trying this newer salon. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we walked in, it felt stuffy, like the AC wasn’t working properly or wasn’t on, which made it uncomfortable. However, the biggest issue was the number of gnats flying around. There are a lot of plants inside, and it seems like that’s attracting them. Having gnats constantly flying around us during our pedicure was very distracting, uncomfortable, and honestly felt unsanitary. For a salon—especially a newer one—cleanliness and comfort should be a top priority. Sadly, this experience did not meet those expectations, and we left feeling very unhappy!

I recently visited this nail salon and had a mixed experience. My nail technician did a great job she was professional, attentive, and I was happy with the quality of her work. This is not a reflection on her at all. However, the overall environment was very disappointing. The salon was extremely stuffy and it felt like the AC was either not on or not working properly. There were also a lot of gnats, likely due to the number of plants inside, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because the service itself was good, but the atmosphere made it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. I hope the owners address the temperature and gnat issue, as it takes away from the quality work their staff is providing.

First time visiting D’Vine Nail Spa since it’s just a couple minutes away from me. Walking in, the receptionist was friendly and I was seated right away, which I appreciated. However, my experience started to feel inconsistent after that. I noticed other customers being warmly greeted by the specific nail tech doing their service, and they were immediately offered drinks (water, soda, etc.). I didn’t receive that same level of welcome or service, which took away from the overall experience. At a place like this, you expect to be able to relax and enjoy a drink while getting your nails done. When it came to choosing colors, I was only handed one book and a small display board. It felt a bit like they were trying to upsell instead of just helping me find a simple nude shade, which is all I wanted. I asked for it, was told yes, but was never actually shown those options. I also wasn’t asked about what type of manicure or package I wanted. The service itself felt rushed—cuticle removal, polish, and a hand massage that lasted maybe 20 seconds. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Another issue was the cleanliness. Throughout my visit, there were small fruit flies and regular flies flying around the salon, and even landing on me while I was getting my service done. That definitely took away from the experience, especially for a first-time visit. At checkout, they were having issues with their card terminal, which I understand can happen. However, I was asked to send payment through Cash App or Zelle, and I honestly didn’t feel comfortable doing that due to the amount of fraud associated with the apps. The price was fair at $45 for a manicure, but overall, I go to nail salons to relax and enjoy the experience, and this visit didn’t quite meet that expectation. I may give this place another chance, but my first experience was not what I expected.
