Well I must say I was NOT disappointed. I booked an appointment with a hairstylist named Bri short for Brianna, and let me tell you I went for a new look and she sure gave me that new look. Over all paid about 50 bucks, and tipped her 15. Which sounded reasonable for me. I give it a 5 star to JCPenny and the hairstylist.

This time it was very disappointing that I left my teen there to get a haircut and wax and apparently prices went up. Always pay $22 for haircut and wax $12. It is ridiculous that I paid $27 for a 5 minute haircut of like 3 in. and waxing of $14. Extremely disappointed. Next time IF I decide to go again, I will ask first if that is not the price gouging time.
