During her appointment, the provider caused significant pain by taking skin off her private area and legs, which is not only painful but also dangerous. This level of care is inexcusable, especially from a professional esthetician. Due to this incident, my wife now needs medical attention and medication. We expect a high standard of care and safety from such establishments, and this experience has been very upsetting. We hope Candee Skin will take this feedback seriously to prevent such incidents in the future and ensure their staff are properly trained to provide safe, respectful services.
