I had a wonderful and long overdue deep tissue massage by Erica H. She is an excellent massage therapist. The facility is also very tranquil. I recommend!

Wow! Not sure I can find the right words for how empowering Krystal has been for my health, body & mind. I went throught breast cancer this last year and a half. One of the side effects of chemo is joint pain. I've had issues with hips and low back sitting around during surgeries ect didn't help. I've seen Krystal every week for 3 weeks so far, for an 80 minute massage and have made progress!
There's work to do on my part outside of massage, exercising & stretching. But Krystal gave me a safe place to start. Hope. Kindness. Care. And some much needed relief! Clarity that my body was doing better! She is a beautiful human being and a gifted therapist!
I love the sound waves that play during our session, the membership is a perk and keeps me on track for taking care of myself every month. I feel blessed to have found TheNow and I can honestly say from hearing other clients comments, that they have taken the time to hire an incredible team of therapist! Thanks to Micheal too- AMAZING!

I recently came in for a massage and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
For context, I am someone who regularly receives massages and understands what a standard, quality session should include. This experience did not meet those expectations.
Although I did arrive slightly late (around 4:10–4:15 for a 4:30 appointment), there was still confusion/awkwardness and lack of communication at the start. I was told to sit in the tranquility room and complete some type of “paperwork”, but no one followed up with me. I eventually had to return to the front desk around 4:35–4:40 to ask where the restroom was and to get the “paperwork” the tablet myself, which made the process feel disorganized. It was also never clearly communicated when my service time actually began.
During the massage, the majority of the session was spent on my neck and head while I was lying on my back. My back; my primary area of pain was not properly addressed at all. My feet were only briefly touched for a couple of minutes and extremely softly.
Additionally, there was no check-in regarding pressure at any point, which is a basic and expected part of professional massage therapy. There was also a significant amount of conversation throughout the session, which took away from the relaxation and overall experience. ( I don’t mind conversation, but I think it took away from her attending to any other part of my body)
I left still experiencing back pain and did not feel that my needs were understood or prioritized. While the therapist was personable, the lack of attention to key areas, poor time management, and lack of communication about pressure made this a very unsatisfactory experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as there is clear room for improvement in both organization and the quality of care provided. This is my 3rd time over several years in between going at different locations to see if I would get a different experience than the one before and I’ve gone with expectations and leave ME not satisfied or underwhelmed. It’s like thanks everyone was nice but that’s not what I’m here for.

Literally the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Ella is the BEST and she knows exactly how to get the knots out, she even finds ones I didn’t even know were there. HIGHLY recommend
Frequently Asked Questions About The NOW Massage Preston Forest
How does The NOW differ from a traditional spa?
The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with high-quality massages and exclusive enhancements that offer relaxation and healing. Our goal is to offer customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa.
When should I arrive for my massage?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
How do I book a massage?
You can schedule an appointment online at www.thenowmassage.com, through The NOW Massage app, or by contacting the boutique directly by phone. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.
How do I cancel a service that I’ve scheduled?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, through The NOW Massage app, or by calling the boutique. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
What if I fail to show for a scheduled massage or arrive late?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.
How can I cancel my membership?
Ritual Members can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing their boutique with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the boutique or by sending an email to the boutique where your membership was purchased. All boutique contact information can be found under the locations page on our website.
Note: In states where required by applicable law, in addition to the above, you can also choose to cancel your membership through choosing the cancellation option on your membership profile online.
How long do I have to use massage credits?
Membership credits can accrue indefinitely until a Ritual Membership is canceled. Unused massage credits will continue to accrue (i.e., roll-over month-to-month) as long as your membership remains in place. You will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to use any unused massage credits before they expire. No refunds are issued for unused credits.
Can I freeze my membership?
The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your Ritual Membership in accordance with the following terms: You may freeze your membership up to three(3) months per contractual year. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we accept gift cards for The NOW Massage services and products. Gift card terms and conditions do apply. For more details on our gift card program, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Do you permit minors to use services?
Yes, unless the state, province or territory prohibit it by law, The NOW Massage makes services available to minors between the ages of 13 and 17. Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and additional restrictions may apply. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
Are services and pricing subject to change?
Yes, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
What if I’m not feeling well?
If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, we encourage you to stay home. The NOW Massage boutique is an open-space concept and keeping guests and team members safe is everyone’s responsibility. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your Massage therapist know immediately.
What is the NOW's policy related to cell phone use at the boutique?
We aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our members and guests. The tranquility offered within our space is paramount. Cell phones can be disruptive and are not encouraged. Although we do allow cell phones at the boutique, we require that the phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in.
Can I return purchased items?
Yes, if you’ve purchased items in a boutique, we accept returns in original condition (unused, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging) within seven days from the date of purchase. All items purchased in a boutique are only eligible for return or exchange in the same location it was purchased. Because jewelry is made-to-order, jewelry is eligible for exchange only.
If you’ve purchased items online – through The NOW’s website – we accept returns in original conditions (unused, undamaged and unopened in original packaging) provided you first obtain a return authorization number, which you can request by emailing shop@thenowmassage.com.
