  I loved the service and Ashley was wonderful. She was gentle and walked us through each step. I am giving 3 stars for the price. My sister and I went in for 2 piercings for $55. Most places have set earrings for the piercing. We were told we had to pay for each earring when earrings come as a set. We spent $400 for a set of lobe piercings and a conch. I think that is overkill. Shouldn't the earrings be sold as a set and not individually priced?!?

  I got 3 piercings here back in May and had a wonderful experience. I give 3 stars because their flat back jewelry is what’s been my issue. My healing is taking forever because their earrings don’t screw into place- they just slide in. Which makes it so easy for them to fall out. I can’t tell you how many times now my cartilage piercing has fallen out in the shower or when blow drying my hair. For how expensive their jewelry is, I’m upset they don’t even stay in.

  I had my helix pierced here about 8 months ago. I followed the aftercare instructions carefully, never slept on that side, kept my hair tied back to avoid it catching on the jewelry, and did everything I could to help it heal. Despite all of that, it never healed properly and I kept getting irritation bumps. About 2–3 months after getting the piercing, I went back to the studio because I was concerned that something wasn’t right. They looked at it and simply told me to keep cleaning it. They never identified any issue with the piercing angle. If they noticed it, it was never communicated to me. After 8 months of dealing with the same problem, I went to an experienced professional at another piercing studio for a second opinion. She immediately noticed that the exit of the piercing channel was angled instead of straight, which was likely causing the ongoing irritation. She recommended removing it, letting it heal completely, and having it re-pierced correctly. Because of this, I lost 8 months of healing time, had to avoid sleeping on that side for 8 months, kept my hair tied back for 8 months to prevent irritation, and ultimately had to remove the piercing anyway. It was an extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time and money. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
