- ENEmilia NApr 24, 20261.0Worst customer service. The sales associates are consistently rude, dismissive, and make you feel unwelcome. On my last visit, I went back to buy a product I had purchased the day before. It wasn’t on the shelf, but another associate had taken it out from a cabinet. When I mentioned this and suggested they check there, the employee I spoke to got annoyed and told me in a very rude tone, that nothing was kept there. At the end I couldn’t buy the product just because she refused to open the cabinet. The day before I SAW and GOT the product from there. Before dismissing a customer double-check where products are actually stored. I’ve also noticed from other reviews that I’m clearly not the only one who has had this experience, which says a lot. I won’t be coming back. Ulta is way better.
