  I had such a great experience at the Sephora in NorthPark Mall! The customer service was amazing, and the employees were so helpful and patient with me. They helped me find the right shades for all of my makeup and made sure everything matched well. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and friendly they were. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back again!

  Went in, and knew what I wanted so I walked to the right where I saw multiple employees.. I walked up to two of them and stood and waited infront of them to direct me where I needed to go.. they proceeded to talk to one another and ignored me leaving me standing there for awhile. & then she lead me to the wrong direction when she decided her conversation could end with another employee. If you live in Dallas go to another Sephora. The one in uptown is nice. The woman was tall with dark hair and it looked like she was wearing sweat pants.. didn’t get her name because her energy towards me was so bad that I wanted to just be away from her. What’s crazy is I think she may have been a manager!! Do better Sephora, and look at your staff. I can get a snarky attitude somewhere else without spending my money. Saw after I wrote my review that someone had a similar experience.. I was actually wearing a pricey outfit. Not including the jewelry. I don’t think it had anything to do with that, and more about them feeding into eachothers ego. People that shop at Sephora typically make more than a Sephora employee so that’s why I think that’s not the issue.. but a leader issue.

  Never in my life have I ever felt unwanted in a store I walked in as I Have in the store today!!!! Your staff obviously think that people who do not come dress top-tier in your store do not have money to spend. I watched nearly every employee in the store walk past me look at me up and down as though I was some sort of trash that came to rob them!!! The 3 people that I said approach Pulling in a finger across the store, as though that was some type of assistance to me, it wasn’t because I couldn’t find what I was looking for it was because the shelf was not stocked with it. I got no help until I found the manager was I able to get the items needed! I had to take countless breaths To keep my composure in the store!! Never will I ever step foot in the store again and this looks like an ongoing issue with your employees that this Location has.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. The employee julia who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. The way I was treated was unacceptable and left me very disappointed with my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so other customers don’t have to experience the same treatment.

  I came to Sephora today for my daughter’s makeup appointment, and I want to start by saying that I take responsibility for my part. I had two screenshots with different appointment times and mistakenly thought my daughter’s appointment was at 2:45 PM when it was actually at 1:30 PM. As soon as I realized my mistake, I apologized to the manager.What happened afterward, however, became very frustrating and confusing. My daughter had already started her appointment when we were told there was another appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM. I was initially told that because the 3:00 appointment was running late, my daughter could continue getting her makeup done.I went to sit with my daughter, thinking everything had been worked out. A few minutes later, my daughter called me and said she was being told that the other appointment had arrived and that she could no longer continue. At that point, my daughter had only gotten her eyebrows done, and I was charged $30. I went back to speak with management because I had been told something completely different just minutes earlier. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was very dismissive and, in my opinion, rude about the situation. I felt like my daughter and I were being brushed off instead of someone simply trying to find a solution. After I expressed my concerns, her attitude changed and she became much nicer, but I wish that same level of kindness and willingness to help had been there from the beginning. Sandy was AMAZING! She was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my daughter was taken care of. She found a way to help when we really needed it, and she did an INCREDIBLE job on my daughter’s makeup. My daughter had a photo shoot that day, and Sandy truly saved the day! 📸✨ My daughter looked absolutely beautiful. But what impressed me most wasn’t just Sandy’s makeup skills—it was the way she made my daughter FEEL. She was so sweet and made her feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. As a mother, that meant so much to me. The birthday bag with all the goodies was also such a sweet touch and helped end the experience on a much better note. 🎂💕 Sandy, THANK YOU!
