    I spent $350.74 at this Sephora location and unfortunately left feeling unwelcome. Throughout my visit, I felt more watched than helped. When I asked where the Gucci products were, I was corrected with “Do you mean Gucci Beauty?” before being directed to the display. Later, I asked for a small extra bag because some of my purchases were gifts and was told it was against loss prevention policy. When I asked about promotional flyers displayed near the register, I was simply told to look online. Individually, these interactions may seem small, but together they created an experience that felt cold, dismissive, and uncomfortable. As a Black woman, I left feeling racially profiled rather than valued as a customer. I want to be clear that I love Sephora as a brand and will continue shopping at Sephora. However, I would not return to this location. Customer service is not just about policies, it’s about how customers are treated and how they are made to feel.

    Maya was fantastic! She helped my sister find the perfect foundation shade match and even took the time to do a skin scan for me. She provided personalized recommendations for face wash and moisturizers, and generously sent me home with samples so I could try them out before committing to a purchase. Her knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made the experience truly enjoyable.

    I came in here one time looking for a lipstick and was clearly completely lost and no one came up to me I was overwhelmed so I had to take matters into my own hands I went up to a sells assistant talking to what looked like another sells assistant so I said “hi sorry” and she looks at me a rudely says “im not done speaking with her i will speak to you when im finished” like? Upon further inspection it wasnt another assistant it was a costumer who happened to be wearing all black i felt extremely bad for interrupting but i just need to know where the lipstick was and she didnt have to take that tone with me she was a plus size women with nice hair so to whoever that lady was youre really rude!

    Angelique is absolutely kind! A bright and cheerful face we needed to see in Sephora. We had to leave and come back. There was a blonde woman that kept asking if we needed a basket or help after we had already been guided by someone and it perturbed us on our first visit-same day- so we left to get some lemonade, sit and came back to get the Kerastase hair cream. I couldn’t find my skincare line so we resulted to hair care and found they sell our three favorite hair care brands- Amika, Kerastase, and Pattern! Love that. We really love that they have small trial packs for our favorite lines to see how you like the care routine. Angelique greeted us at check out and just turned our experience around. She is well-informed, bright and cheerful. A face that represents what customers want in someone representing Sephora. She’s the reason the review has stayed 5 stars, otherwise from the young blonde female, about shoulder length hair -it would’ve been a solid 3 stars and not another visit. Thanks Angelique and happy early birthday! Thanks for getting us both to sign up. We’re happy to come back to visit you and get more products
