Arieli was very rude. Asked her if they had sectioning clips - she immediately said no without even offering to look. Then I said I saw on their website they had them I just didn’t know where in the store they were, and she proceeded to take me right to them… so she did know they had them, she just didn’t want to help. I then accidentally bumped into a table (nothing was damaged) and she said “girl” extremely condescendingly. When I went to pay, my credit card didn’t have tap… had to be inserted. Of course this also bothered her - when my payment went through I didn’t notice because I was chatting with my friend, and she just waved the card in my face rather than saying “here you go” or anything. Should not be working in customer service.

I LOVE MY LAKEWOOD STORE. I have a blast every time I go in because the staff is so sweet, friendly and willing to help in any way. They always offer to order online or check another store if they don’t have something. Sephora needs to give this location products/brands that a lot of the other stores have!!!! They are even sweet if I have my dog with me when I decide to walk around my area (and then decide to shop lol). Love them!
