  I did the little survey in my email, but i’ll also do one here. so i’ve been getting into makeup and i have been visiting this store more recently. I came in with a specific list and need and walked out with everything i was looking for plus some bombbbb recommendations. Much thanks to Amy and Dai (or Day, i don’t wanna mess up the spelling but she was very much essential) they both were sooo sweet to me and very helpful from the time i walked in until the time i left. Dai recommended this fire concealer and blush alternative due to rhode being sold out. we’re literally the same skin tone so i trusted her. we even were chatting a bit in between, Amy too!!!! She helped and greeted me as sooon as i walked in. it was so nice to meet both of them and i’ll say please go visit this store they are all really helpful in here, not even just them. every time i go here i have a pleasant experience! whatever they get awarded for that service, DOUBLE IT NOW. thanks girls ❤️ ummm see you again very soon!

  THANK YOU SO MUCH LEAH. This is absolutely my favorite sephora I've been to in the last year or so. Everyone was awesome and kind and helpful AND NOT OVERLY PUSHY. I came in for one and left with 3 but because I wanted them NOT because I felt pressured and that matters to me. Thank you Leah and also to the beautiful girl whose name started with a D who greeted us at the front. She told us exactly where to go right away and it was easy to feel welcome.

  Leah made sure my wife started her birthday RIGHT ✅️ with the multi-point check for her fragrance, skincare needs, etc. And the giveaways 🌟 ⭐️ 🌠 wow!! AND she made me feel included without embarrassment. No way this store has a 4.0 average if their staff is like THIS - check my review credentials if you don't believe me.

  Very displeased with Sephora’s customer service in general. I tried to exchange an eyeliner that their store associate had recommended, but it gave me raccoon eyes. I was 5 days over Sephora’s return policy and asked if they could try to make an exception based on my long term history, very few returns over my tenure (maybe 4-5 over 10 year period) and as a VIB member. The associate just kept pointing out their return policy. I asked if she could speak with a manager, she wouldn’t even try. I realize it’s a policy and may be I’m asking for a lot, but to me there should be exceptions based on customers history and tenure. And I really just wanted to exchange it for another eyeliner that wouldn’t bleed under my eye so much. I would have even accepted store credit knowing I’m going to be spending money here anyways. I know they don’t need me as a customer but it really makes you appreciate brands that focus on customer service.
