  Both my mom and I get treatments at this location. This morning I scheduled an appointment for my mom and when we got to the location I asked if I could be treated as well. The receptionist said they were booked for the day but could ask the nurse if she could see me but if they did it was going to a while. I said okay but not once did I hear him ask the nurse. I was sitting in the waiting area (waiting for my mom) and not once was I given an update or told no they weren’t able to see me. An hour later a person walked in, she specifically stated she did not have an appointment and asked if she could be seen to which the receptionist said yes. He said they had been busy but that it was starting to slow down and they were able to squeeze her in. Uh hello!!! I was literally sitting in front of him and he never offered that spot to me. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

  I had such a great experience at Prime IV Hydration! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The whole process was easy and relaxing, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The staff took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend Prime IV Hydration and will be coming back!

  Dom is the absolute best, she is so wonderful and made you feel so welcome and comfortable. Such an incredible experience and so clean! Everyone was so wonderful.
