    My stylist is great but management of this building are useless. Have had damage to my vehicle in parking garage and now, because they had trespassers and non-functioning cameras, the doors are locked and unattended with no way provided for customers to gain access. No on-site manager apparently, not even a door attendant, and if I was renting here I would not pay any more rent due to all the business lost. This building owner clearly does not care about tenants and is incredibly short sighted and obviously inept.

    Do not rent here. The cameras do not work, inside or outside. The size of the room for the amount that you pay is not worth it. Multiple incidents have occurred in the building and they do not send a notice or a warning to the renters. Air conditioning has gone out this year last year and the year before.

    I visited this salon for the first time today and had an extremely disappointing experience. My appointment was with Ms. Massey in Suite #215. Before payment, she told me she only accepted cash or tap to pay. Since I didn’t have cash, I paid by tapping my card. After I left, I noticed a notification from my bank showing a different amount I did not authorize. I was not given a receipt, so I didn’t realize it until I got to my car. I immediately texted Ms. Massey to ask about it, but I have not received a response. The amount of the tip isn’t the issue. The issue is that I did not authorize it. Adding a gratuity to a customer’s payment without permission is unacceptable and undermines trust. there is no integrity I encourage anyone visiting this location to review their receipt and card transaction carefully before leaving.

    Belle at wax and whine is the best. She can transform your brows I will never let anyone touch my brows. I would feel like I was cheating on her Trust me she is professional and decided 😍😍😍👍👍
