She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process so enjoyable. Since I was visiting from out of town, she even shared some great recommendations for things to do in Dallas, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you as well to Andy for my two new piercings. He was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend Maria Tash Dallas and will definitely be back!

Steven (i think that’s his name im the worst with names) to make sure i got the right size for the look i wanted! the piercer was so patient trying to help teach me how to put on and remove because im disabled and they make you remove jewelry for procedures but i couldnt made it happen- total user error and he put in so much time and effort. best experience this is definitely my new piercing place!

I came back into Maria Tash to get a second opinion and Andres was extremely helpful. He is so knowledgeable in what he does and is so insanely patient. He explained next steps that would help with the swelling, what to expect, and upsized the piercing for me. But, I want to emphasize his gentle demeanor. Nowadays, the essence of what we do in terms of careers can often become a robotic feeling. Andres Vega displays the opposite. So glad this lively individual is at Maria Tash.

Are your earrings sold as singles or pairs?
Maria Tash jewelry is sold as singles unless otherwise stated. To order a pair, please add two of the items to your cart. Our large earrings are the only items we sell in pairs. These items are pictured as a pair and the product description also states that they’re sold as a pair.
What size jewelry works best for me?
Our experience involves you pairing one-on-one with our stylists to completely guide you through your styling and piercing. There are multiple sizes to our jewelry, but our team will make sure that you are properly sized and confident.
What is the difference between a threaded and traditional stud?
Threaded backings use a screw-on/off design that makes the earring stay more securely in the ear. This is our standard style of jewelry. A traditional backing is also available. This is the traditional style of earring where you have a butterfly back that is separate and pushes onto the post to hold the jewelry in place.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Appointments are available for piercings but walk-ins are always welcome. Appointments are not required for fittings and installs or purchasing jewelry.
Can I be pierced with my own jewelry?
Due to sterilization needs, we do not pierce with jewelry that is not Maria Tash. The best selections from our full collection will be available for styling and piercing. Our styles come in white, yellow, rose, and black gold. You're welcome to bring in your existing Maria Tash pieces and consult with a piercer to see if it can be used for an initial piercing.
How many piercings can I get in one session?
We recommend up to four piercings per session, but this is dependent on the piercings you are thinking about and your anatomy. Our stylists and piercers can best consult with you during your visit.
Can I be pierced if I am under 18?
Yes, please see piercing services page for each Maria Tash location. You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and you both must bring ID with you. If the parent/legal guardian and child have different surnames, we require further identification to confirm guardianship i.e. a birth certificate. Please check each store policy as age when earlobe and cartilage piercing is permitted may vary by region.
Do you pierce with a needle or a piercing gun?
All of our piercings are made with single use sterile needles rather than piercing guns. We do not use piercing guns as they are not very accurate and cannot be properly sterilized.
