  I stopped by for a custom eyeshadow palette and was greeted so kindly from the moment I walked in the store. John was so helpful and I hope to visit again my next trip to Dallas. He was so helpful and patient.

  I stopped by the MAC store on National Lipstick Day to redeem the free lipstick promotion, but thanks to Melissa, I ended up leaving with much more! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to help me find the perfect shades that complemented me. She never made me feel pressured to buy anything, but her knowledge and recommendations were so spot-on that I happily purchased a lip liner and lip gloss to complete the look. Melissa made the entire experience fun, personalized, and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive customer service that’s both knowledgeable and authentic. Thank you, Melissa, for making my visit such a great one—I absolutely love my new products and will definitely be back!

  Big shoutout to the staff that was working the afternoon shift on 7/11/26, especially Ms. Imani (I hope that’s how you spell it). I’ve been looking for the Mac Selena Amor Prohibido lipstick for what feels like forever and that staff really really took so much more time and patience than they needed to to help me lol. “More pink, more brown, darker, lighter” they listened and they got it. So thank you to the several workers 💋

  I went to the Mac store today because they were having match day for there foundation products. I was told I was going to get match by a worker but was left waiting for 30 mins with no communication. They started assisting other people after me.I ended up leaving very disappointed. There staff needs to do better.
