  Had such a great time stopping in to get a gift for a friend! Giovanni M had soooo many good recommendations based on what I was trying to find, guided me throughout the store, and I even found something for myself I really liked! Such personable, warm customer service! I will be coming back!

  Oh my gosh Tania is the kindest soul!!! Of all of the times I’ve been to lush, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. All of the demonstrations and product recommendations were on point!!! Thank you Tania!!!

  Super helpful friendly staff, very knowledgeable too. They had a Mother's Day event with drinks & bath bomb pressing. Large selection of bath & body products. What I love the most is their "fight animal testing" campaign & products. Highly recommend.

  Paid $63.14 for the wrong soap. Showed the sales lady what soap I wanted to purchase and apparently she picked up the wrong soap and sold it to me. Didn’t notice until I got home. I live in Royse City so I drive to take it back to exchange for the correct soap . got to Lush at 8:05pm walked in store to tell me they were closed and they would not exchange it for the correct soap because their register had already shut down. First of all if you were closed then why was your door left open for customers to walk in and second they don’t have to do anything in the register in order to make an even exchange when i’m driving miles away. The lady kept telling me they were closed. all i can say is you lost a very loyal customer . From now on I will take my business elsewhere. Niot driving miles away to exchange a $63 bar of soap again. The sales lady needs to iay attention to her job so that way you don’t lose anymore customers behind her mistake.
