  Avoid the cowboy wannabe like the plague. This was my second time getting a haircut from him. The first time I was treated in certain ways that I never had by other barbers so I thought he was having a bad day and let it go but this second time was so much worse. Right from the beginning he was impatient of hearing me say what clip #s I think I should go with since it’s been a long time since my last haircut and I didn’t want to cut it too much. No room for consultation. He crossed his arms and started speaking in a way like I don’t know why I’m saying and just to choose a number to get it over it. During the haircut, he was aggressive at times at pulled my hair a bit harshly. He had me turned a way from the mirror until the very end and I finally saw what he had done. I simply asked him if he can cut a bit more off the top, and he immediately said I don’t recommend it. I gently said the ratio is off and it’s making my head look elongated. He said “ your head was already elongated when you came in.” I ignored that and remained calm. I asked again and he grabbed the scissors with an attitude and started saying rude things under his breath as if I couldn’t hear him right next to me. Ironically, at the beginning of the haircut, he said I’ll cut some and we’ll check again and let me know if you need more cut. However, when it came to that time, he had the exact opposite reaction. Finally I asked if I can see the back with a mirror and he turned the chair in a jerking manner like he was angry. And again after I was done looking. He finished off with the razor on my neck and again turned the chair in a quick and jerking manner. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful in different ways especially with the elongated head comment and just overall not a good experience at all. In the end, I had to go home and fix so much of it in different areas. Sad

  Got a quick trim at Great Clips with Cody and had a really good experience. I just needed a simple blunt cut, and he made sure everything was precise and even. He paid attention to the details and checked that it was exactly what I wanted. As a bonus, I even got a coupon for my next haircut. Definitely a smooth and efficient visit!
