  What poor service. The two cashiers were not very kind. We purchased a good amount of items and were not provided any samples. They said thank you, but seems like they were more interested in sitting down and chatting.

  I had a great experience at Aveda in NorthPark Mall. Deyanira was very accommodating, even with my last-minute return. She assisted me with a smile the entire time and made the process smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. I truly appreciate her help and professionalism.

  I go here for all my Aveda needs. The store is always very clean, smells amazing and the staff are so friendly and well informed. Today I needed to purchase some of the Scalp Benefits line and Melanie (I hope I spelled this right) helped me with everything I needed. She was exceptional and even informed me of a great new line called Scalp Solutions which I will be trying very soon.
