Unfortunately, the employee who was making an effort to assist me lost a sale after the manager interrupted three times. I handed the products to the manager and chose to shop elsewhere.

They now have a sign at the cash wrap that states you can check out with any associate on their mobile devices however none of the associates are available when they are all assisting customers already. Also why dont associates ever want to scan the beauty insider barcode on the app . ITS THERE TO BE USED . I shouldn’t have to type in my phone number everytime when im already showing you the barcode . That’s pointless.
