Before I could even finish asking my question, she interrupted me and responded with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. When I asked for her name, her demeanor suddenly changed and she became much nicer. I hope Sephora addresses this, because every customer deserves to be treated respectfully from the start. Ana was very kind and helpful though
