  I really was hoping to not have a negative or intimidating experience here based on what people say online about sephora. i asked to be color matched and the employee remembered once i've already waited, walked half the store, and am out the door. it shows that this place lives up to the “if they you don't wear a full face of makeup they won’t care to help you” saying. i’m just trying to feel good about myself in motherhood & chronic illness. I now can confirm sephora isn’t the place for people trying to get a start in wearing makeup, change their style, etc.

  last minute booked a makeup appointment with Rylind and left feeling 1000x more confident! she listened to everything I wanted and did such an amazing job. all the people here are so sweet and made me feel so beautiful!! 🥹

  My experience has been Amazing . I was greeted at the door as soon as I walked in. Meyan positive , warm energy welcomed me into the store , she was willing and able to assist me with a specific Artist collection . I went from purchasing perfume , lipgloss, and finally I decided to take a make up class . I love an experience while I’m out shopping where the associate loves their job . Meyan was personable , she set expectations , she set the tone for my customer service experience . Thank you for loving what you do .

  It’s unfortunate that such a great location has workers that are openly rude. We all have bad days but you’re not entitled to give an attitude for the people coming in and out of your stores. Manager should have a conversation with how the workers should interact with clients. This store just opened up so I am surprised as to why workers are already rude?
