  I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how wonderful Zoey and Meyan were. I’ve traveled to so many countries and visited Sephora stores in so many different places, but I can genuinely say that I have never met two girls who were this sweet, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They were absolutely beautiful inside and out. Their kindness felt so genuine, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. It wasn’t just about helping me find products — they made the whole experience feel special. Zoey and Meyan, if you ever read this, please know that your kindness truly made my day. People like you are the reason customers remember an experience long after they leave the store. Sephora is incredibly lucky to have you both. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You girls were honestly the sweetest, and I will never forget how warmly you treated me. ❤️

  Worst place to visit ,my wife was treated very badly by an associate. I called the store told them but didn't get any ethical response.

  5 stars!! I went in and received the best experience. I was looking for a very specific color for my inner corner eye highlight that I realllllly wanted to be a shadow stick and not a palette and a sales associate (I believe it was Nadia, s/o Nadia!!!!) went above and beyond looking around the store for me until she found the perfect product. She allowed me to shop for other things while she searched for what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier 🥰 used it for the first time today and it’s perfect!!! 10/10 experience!

  I would give this zero stars but I can’t, so it gets one. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt the need with this experience. Normally at Sephora employees ask you every 5 seconds if you need help with everything. At this location I didn’t get asked once if I needed help. Which is fine, if I needed something I could find someone. The problem was checking out. I kid you not I stood at the register for six whole minutes waiting to be checked out. Employees were just standing there seeing me waiting, and doing nothing about it. The one was cashier checking somebody out and chatting with an employee but made no effort to acknowledge my presence or say “I’ll be with you shortly.” Ended up just leaving after standing there forever.

  I really was hoping to not have a negative or intimidating experience here based on what people say online about sephora. i asked to be color matched and the employee remembered once i've already waited, walked half the store, and am out the door. it shows that this place lives up to the “if they you don't wear a full face of makeup they won’t care to help you” saying. i’m just trying to feel good about myself in motherhood & chronic illness. I now can confirm sephora isn’t the place for people trying to get a start in wearing makeup, change their style, etc.
