  HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME We came in for our scheduled appointment only for the stylist to have a walk in sitting in her seat that she clearly just took. 10 min later she comes out to let us know she is 30 min behind. I said ok. It has been an hour and a half and the stylist still has the same client in her chair. WHY would you take a walk in with clearly a complex style right when you have a scheduled appointment?? Beyond unprofessional. Even still the stylist did not come by to inform us of how much longer it would be. Instead we were bounced around from stylist to stylist to do portions of a style by whoever had a few minutes. There was no cohesiveness to this process. This one washed, the other did one thing and so on and so forth. This is supposed to be a relaxing time. The least that could have been done was we receive a courtesy call that the stylist took someone else rather than have us waiting as if our time doesn't matter. It is so disrespectful and frustrating. I will never use this salon again and if you value your time, you shouldn't either. Go where you are respected. 2 hours later, still no completed style and no word from the actual stylist we scheduled with since she was still working on the walk in who she told me would take 30 min. Ridiculous. The stylist came over and apologized however this frustration could have been avoided with a courtesy call. The manager offered to comp the service for the day.

  Very disappointed. Brought my daughter in to have her dead ends cut off i agreed to 3 inches to get it looking nice and the stylist literally chopped about 5 1/2 inches off. My daughter wasn't happy and was crying by the time we got in the car. I was beyond disappointed. This waa my first and last time going to a Jcpenny salon.

  Ms Lisa is the best, sitting in her chair is such a pleasure. She knows what it takes to get hair healthy and flourishing. 5 stars ♥️

  Ms. Kia is AMAZING🙌🏼🙌🏼 I went in for a cut and color and felt like a brand new person walking out. My confidence was through the ROOF! I will definitely be back for touch ups and to try different hair styles in the future.

  Always pleasant stylist! Diamond is an amazing, down to earth, honest and very helpful stylist! Let me add that she has a lot of patience (I am always indecisive on hairstyles)!
