- BBBri Bri5 days ago1.0I’m so sad. Larissa is amazing and always helps us out. I don’t know who this Jimmy person is. He did an awful job!! He cut my daughter hair uneven and he said no it’s good. I know my eyes aren’t lopsided. I ask for a refund because I came back a second time to see if he could fix and it omg he made it worse!! He just cut it at an angle instead of thinning out! She originally ask to be thinned out. Terrible experience! To make matters worse this troglodyte got so offended because I guess there’s a particular way that you’re not supposed to grab a receipt! As stupid as it sounds, she said “don’t snatch the receipt” with an attitude, as if I just didn’t have a bad experience, trying to fix their mistake!! Smh terrible customer service service

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
