  I’ve always believed you get what you pay for with haircuts, but Joanne Evada at the JCPenney Salon proved me wrong. This is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had, and only $45. Joanne did an amazing job, and her 25 years of experience truly show. I’ll definitely be going back to her from now on—highly recommend!

  Don’t call yourself a hair stylist if you can’t do kinky hair types. They Made me feel uncomfortable about my hair the entire time but really it’s not my fault you only limit yourself to one type of customer and never learned how to work with different kinds of people. I love my hair and nobody can convince me otherwise 🤷🏽‍♀️

  I booked an appointment for both me and my daughter two weeks in advance. We show up on time to the appointment at 1:45 to be told by the person who was supposed to do my daughter’s bayalage that she had another appointment for another customer at 3 so she couldn’t do the bayalage for her. You got to be kidding me. For whatever reason that customer was clearly more important. I made the appointment two weeks in advance ours was before that other customer. I don’t see how she could justify turning us away like that. Needless to say, i will take my business elsewhere
