- HPhetal patelAug 15, 20262.0got a hydrafacial done here. my asthetician was a teenager, i went in with concerns of congestion around my mouth, nose, etc, came back all the white heads and congestion still there, she did my facial in a dark room without the light on my face, so she had not even seen what is congested, she asked if i want neck area treated, i said yes, she goes ahead and ignores the neck area., i get that she is brand new and learning however the lack of experience and wisdom that only comes with experience led to less than desirable experience for me. She was focused on going out with the girls after work, told me She started the facial a Few Mins late but will finish on time because she has a life. I have gotten hydrafacial so many times, each time all white heads were cleaned out. Do not go here with a Groupon i guess, they will stick you with a teeneager. So disappointed, waste of time and money.
