    Amazing team at this location! A special shoutout to Lilly, Veronica, and especially Kayden for always providing exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need. Every visit is a great experience thanks to their professionalism and willingness to assist. I highly recommend this SalonCentric location to anyone looking for quality professional hair products and outstanding customer service.

    I really don't like coming to this location because of the vibe I encounter and it's sad because this is a place of connection in this industry. To get the help you need and suggestions. The encounter today was going great with the newest face, Lily, but unfortunately the employee with the bad attitude and no personality had attitude when I wanted to save some pennies. She clearly was attitude when I was exchanging item for a lesser cost. I'm don't write reviews, but I'm not going to let this go today. I praise those that are there and customer friendly, but enough is enough with the non friendly attitude from Kayden. I'm frustrated at her attitude when I go in there, it makes you not want to shop there.
