- HHHolly3 days ago5.0LOVE this Sephora! Most every time I go into the store; all the staff is so helpful even when I am just browsing and they know they aren’t going to make a sale. It’s divided most of the time on the staff of their knowledge of the products. Quit a few times; I have read up more than them. 😂, but I really appreciate good customer service so that little hiccup isn’t a deal breaker. Thanks College Station Sephora!

- KKKoMar 15, 20261.0My friends and I felt very unwelcome and monitored in the store as within 5 minutes of being inside we were constantly being asked by the sephora associates if we needed help despite us (pleasantly) responding and saying that we did not and that we were okay. We felt like we were being watched, followed, and pestered due to our appearance as we observed that other customers were not being bothered and followed around as much. The manager even felt the need to pull us aside to check us out. Overall the experience was very off putting and I am (even more than I already was) hesitant to return to sephora in general but I definitely will not be spending my money at this particular location. If I could leave 0 stars I would :)
