  Thank you for such a disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, especially considering this was a facial. I honestly expected much more from my visit, which made the whole experience even more frustrating and upsetting. What makes it worse is how expensive the service was. When you pay that much, you expect quality, care, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service I received was nowhere close to being worth the price. Even a little extra effort or attention would have been appreciated. To be completely honest, I was so disappointed with the outcome that I regret coming in. The quality of the facial was so poor that I genuinely feel my 10-year-old cousin could have done a better job. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth what I paid.

  Such a wonderful place, the staff is so incredibly nice and the owner is so kind and considerate. Best massage I’ve ever had, you have to go here!!!

  I’ve been coming here for massages for the past several months and have had a great experience. The setup is nice and relaxing, and the front desk staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’ve been happy with the massage services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to relax and unwind.

  I’ve been seeing Maria at Spa Dulce for about 6 months for medical massages and I can’t say enough about her. She’s amazing at her job and can do any type of massage. She is very professional and kind. She makes you feel very comfortable and always asks you beforehand about what area you need to work on. I would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.

  I took my son to Spa Dulce for his very first facial. He’s a teen and has recently started dealing with some acne and blackheads, so I wanted to get him started with taking care of his skin. I also wanted him looking his best for back to school. We had such a great experience! They made him feel completely comfortable, and his skin looked noticeably better when we left! I was genuinely impressed with the difference after just one facial. He told me he would love to come back. The spa itself is beautiful. The decor, atmosphere, and overall vibe are top tier, and I also loved that they use high quality, top of the line skincare products. I was super impressed by the atmosphere of this place. Everything felt elevated without being uncomfortable or stuffy. I’m especially happy to have something like this right here in Cedar Park without having to drive into Austin for a luxury spa experience. I was so impressed with my son's experience and his results that I ended up booking a facial for myself! We will definitely be back as regulars. I would highly recommend Spa Dulce to anyone looking for skincare or a relaxing massage.
