  Went around 4:30 today and wasn’t greeted nor were we asked if we needed any help. Worker passed by us multiple times.

  Karina was fantastic-helpful and went out of her way to answer my questions, find the right tint, and went out of her way help me because I only had 30 minutes to find my products.

  I always known to be approach from an employee when walking in. With 3 associates behind the counter I was never approached for 15 minutes I was looking at product. Not even a hi, can I help you or even a smile. As I was looking at product I noticed how dirty the testers were. Nasty! I will never be back there!

  Absolutely HORRIBLE service in every way. 3 working, no one cares, too busy with gossip. Been a customer here for years and this is the worst experience ever. I’ll take the couple thousand I was going to spend on travel makeup somewhere else, like to Ulta. Get your employees in check. This is unacceptable!
