  First time stopping by this Sephora and my experience was great! Leslie was such great help trying to figure out what shades worked best for me. She was so kind, patient and listened to all my needs. I have a rare case of MGD. Finding true clean products that are safe for my eyes and glands is very tricky. Leslie was very mindful of that and showed empathy towards my situation. I will definitely be returning here!

  What happened to a mall location being open during mall hrs. 10-9.... this location has the oddest hrs....definitely based on demographics.. so sad and loud...North Park would never... along with other locations.

  You won’t be greeted unless you’re dressed a certain way. Security guard follows you around. I may be in a baggy tee shirt and sweats but it doesn’t mean I’m a criminal. Employees also gossiped about other people (likely other employees) very loudly. I will say that one kind female employee with black hair helped me find Fenty. That’s about it.

  all staff does is talk to each other. waited in line for a while without anyone at the front register…..
