  What happened to a mall location being open during mall hrs. 10-9.... this location has the oddest hrs....definitely based on demographics.. so sad and loud...North Park would never... along with other locations.

  You won’t be greeted unless you’re dressed a certain way. Security guard follows you around. I may be in a baggy tee shirt and sweats but it doesn’t mean I’m a criminal. Employees also gossiped about other people (likely other employees) very loudly. I will say that one kind female employee with black hair helped me find Fenty. That’s about it.

  My first time visiting this location and very disappointed in their customer service. I waited in line for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the register, and I was the first person waiting. When a cashier finally came over, the first thing she asked was if I was in line—even though I was standing there holding my items the entire time. Then, instead of helping me, she took another customer before me. She called for another cashier, but the employees at the front just stood there talking and laughing instead of helping customers. Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority at this location. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Sephora.
