  If I could give a 0 star I would. I was excited a Sephora opened in Cedar Hill, but I will continue to drive to GP. Usually you are greeted and asked if you need help... didnt happen. I went to the front and asked where I could find the fragrance I was looking for...the girl just pointed and said under the fragrance sign. I have been treated better at Wal-Mart.I went back to look...did not see it. Another sales person was coming from the back. I asked if they had the fragrance, she told me I just had to look for it and pointed to the tag at the bottom of the different bottles... like she couldn't be bothered... horrible customer service at a non-peak time... the store was not busy at all. I had planned to spend a least a couple of hundred... but will never return to this location 😕

  Desiree was super great! I had to leave as my phone died to make a payment and I brung my wrong purse so I had come back to the store, she was super sweet and had amazing customer service with good patience! 💕

  I had a great experience at SEPHORA in Hillside Village Shopping Center in Cedar Hill, Texas. Jazzlynn provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I’m a novice when it comes to makeup, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me pick out products that would work best for me and explained how to apply everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and willingness to help. She made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service!

  I was greeted immediately after entering the store with a friendly face, all the staff were attentive. Britney helped me match the correct make up for my skin tone. She was amazing! Warm, kind and funny. It was a great experience and I’ll drive 30 minutes again easily to shop here again. Britney customer service is 10/10!!!!🎊💓
