  Ms. Freddi was my stylist and she did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish!! We first had a conversation about what the goal was in mind for my intended style. She then proceeded to inform me step-by-step along the process as far as what she would be doing next and they why behind it. After the process was finished I was beyond satisfied with the style that Ms. Freddi provided. It was exactly what I wanted and was just like the pictures I had shown for examples. Not only did Ms. Freddi give me a wonderful hair style, but she also educated me on proper washing techniques and also style and maintenance techniques moving forward. She also followed up after my appointment to ensure all was still great. I received so many compliments on my hair and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be a return client. Ms. Freddi is great from the styling to the education she provides to her clients. She definitely cares and it shows in her work!

  Took my mom to get her hair done and every one was very nice and the woman who done my mom hair was very good and worked really hard on it so far we will be going back thank y'all for being so friendly and nice to my mom

  Do Not book an appointment with them. I have been here three times, the first time was fine the stylist was on time and did a good job, the second I booked with the same stylist and when I got there I was told she was running behind and a different stylist would be doing my hair and that she charged more than the one I booked with. The third time I booked again with the same stylist a week before the appointment and I received a text message from the salon manager stating the stylist had a family emergency and she could reschedule me with a different stylist at 3pm the same day. I agreed, went to the appointment and after waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes I left. I will never waste my time with them again.

  I had an appointment with Twishika Kemp-Johnson for a wash. When I arrived to the appointment I was told she had left for the day. My commute was over an hour and I left work early just to make it on time to the appointment. It was very inconsiderate & unprofessional of the stylist to not give me a call, text, email … etcccc informing me that she would not be at the salon. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this salon after wasting my time and gas.

  Adrienne provides excellent services. She is able to do exactly what's needed because she can work with all age groups. She knows contemporary styles.
