  Because this location is 40 minutes from me without traffic I reached out to the store via phone first. I was looking for an item that seemed to be out of stock at 95% of the locations in the metroplex and wanted to make sure it was there as online read. AMANDA, answered the phone and was very rude. I read to her exactly what I was looking for, and she continuously kept referencing another product and telling me it was out of stock. When I tried to describe it to her a different way because she was clearly not understanding, she snapped at me. I hung up, and took the risk of driving 40 minutes. I arrived, and found the product on the shelf within 2 minutes of being in store. If I didn't need it as bad as I did, I would have skip the purchase because of AMANDA's nasty attitude.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ As a Sephora Rouge member, this location was a complete waste of my time. I specifically went here expecting the convenience of shopping with Sephora, only to find out they can’t process returns for purchases made through the Sephora app, Sephora standalone stores, or other Sephora channels. If it’s branded as Sephora, customers shouldn’t have to play a guessing game about what can and cannot be returned. Having a Sephora inside Kohl’s is supposed to make shopping more convenient, but in my experience, it did the exact opposite. I wasted my time making a trip for something that couldn’t even be handled. There needs to be much clearer communication about these limitations before customers make the trip. Until the return policies are more seamless, I’d recommend Rouge members and other Sephora shoppers go directly to a standalone Sephora store instead.

  Went here for the first time and Ashley was the best! She helped me pick my foundation shade and even recommended me good products that I needed:)!! Best location ever #sephora #Thankyouashley❤️

  I was so impressed with the two Sephora retail specialists I was assisted by at Kohl's Carrollton a few days ago. I asked them to write their names on a post it note, which somehow I've misplaced, but I wanted to do a five star review for the great service and knowledgeably helpful advice they gave me. I would recommend this brand at this location to anyone wanting high quality cosmetics and exceptional employees I was fortunate to have found here. TY so much!

  Had a great experiences there. We asked for help shade matching and skincare recommendations, a worked named Somali helped us with everything and showed us products that were just what we were looking for.
