- MGMaricela GarciaAug 16, 20261.0If you are going to promote and offer back to school haircuts make sure you also coach the hairstylist on communication skills as they are very important when taking care of children. We took our grandson for a back to school haircut that was done terribly and on top of that with a bad attitude. We had to wait close to two hours to get the haircut corrected by another stylist. My daughter also posted a review below. I don’t recall the stylist’s name. JCPenney is known for a high-end salon, Or at least it was, and, therefore, getting a $12 haircut is a deal, never expected this outcome. Disappointed 😑
- B1BlueRain 12Aug 6, 20261.0the woman with the purple hair completely messed up my son’s haircut. i asked for a small trim and she cut off a huge amount of his hair AND left a very noticeable line in it. we literally had to come back and have another employee fix it, and even that employee agreed the haircut was done badly. on top of that, the original stylist had a terrible attitude, barely greeted us and didn’t speak to my son at all. i didn’t get her name, but i definitely would not recommend her.
