UPDATE 5/3/26: I was really impressed that the owner called personally and offered to make it right with a complimentary HydraFacial. I came back the next day and had Briley- she was great, the service was everything I was hoping for the first time, and it reminded me why I wanted to try this place to begin with. Looking forward to coming back.
I booked the $240 Restorative HydraFacial specifically for the specialized booster serum, which is what justifies the significant price difference from their basic service. When I arrived, I was immediately told they didn't have the booster in stock. The substitute offered was a standard topical serum, which is not comparable, so I downgraded to a regular facial.
A few other things worth noting for anyone considering this place:
Parking: There are several spots directly in front of the building that appear to be open, but clients are not allowed to use them. There is no signage, nothing blocking the spaces, and nothing on their website indicating this. I pulled in, was told to move, and had to parallel park on a busy Main Street instead. It's a minor inconvenience in the moment, but it's going to be a real issue for this business long-term given the location.
The service itself: My 9:00 AM appointment didn't start until around 9:14, despite me being on time and all supplies already being in the room. The steamer had been overfilled by someone on staff and couldn't be used properly. Rather than correcting it or offering an alternative, it was simply skipped. The service then wrapped up at 9:52– so between the late start and early finish, I lost roughly 24 minutes of a one-hour service.
The facial felt generic and unremarkable. Nothing about it felt like a professional, results-driven treatment. I left with no visible difference in my skin and a strong sense I had overpaid even for the downgraded service.
That evening I received a voicemail letting me know the boosters had finally arrived, with an offer of 10% off a future visit. That doesn't address what happened at this visit— I showed up for a service that wasn't available, received a replacement that was cut short and poorly executed, and was expected to come back to make it right. That's not how it should work.
The concept is promising, but the execution needs significant improvement before this is ready for paying clients.
