I Got my hair cut by some bigger white lady with messy makeup I will never recommend this place to nobody this place needs to be shutdown they are inexperienced hair cutters!!! The lady messed up my hair I told her I wanted shoulder length, SHE CUT IT ABOVE MY EAR LOABS!!! I asked her for layers she fails to do so. (Mind you I wear glasses so I legitimately can’t see until my hair is done to put back on my glasses)( when I put them on to see the finished look I was in rage I didn’t know what to do!!!) My ends are so thick from the way she was cutting it as if my hair was cut with kitchen scissors. I told her to thin it out she did not. Underneath my hair is shorter then the top of my hair it don’t even do up in a ponytail. I’m beyond pissed off cause when I went back up their foot get to fix it she told me their was nothing she could do about it!!! THIS PICTURE DOES NO JUSTICE FOR WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE/HOW SHORT IT IS UNDERNEATH MY HAIR!! My hair is also wet in the picture when it is dry it shrinks up to my ears.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
