- DCD CollinsJun 10, 20231.0I just got my hair butchered and walked out looking like a peacock. The original person I made my appointment with apparently was not there so another stylist was assigned to do my hair. The original stylist I selected had over 18 years experience which is why I chose her. This new stylist Hevin i found out is fresh out of cosmetology school after doing a little research. I cried going to my truck and immediately put my scarf on my head. So disappointed, i will never go back. Hoping to find the original stylist so she can fix my hair. Apparently they let people with no experience cut people's hair....stay far away.

So I arrived at 4:30pm only to be advised by Angel that someone else just sat in the chair and if I could come back within a couple of hours. I took off work early to make sure I could bring my son to get his hair done. Why would they schedule me an appointment only to allow someone else to take the slot. My son was and still is very upset, that was truly unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this salon.
