  Customers beware. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bloom Aesthetics Med Spa since the change in ownership. I originally purchased a package of three one-hour HydraFacials under the previous ownership. When the business relocated, existing clients were not notified of the new location. I had to search Google myself just to figure out where they had moved. Unfortunately, the experience under the new ownership has been a drastic decline in both service quality and professionalism. At my recent appointment, I arrived on time and was told they were running behind. I was completely understanding and told them it was no problem. Despite this, I felt as though my being on time was somehow an inconvenience to the staff. What was supposed to be a one-hour HydraFacial lasted approximately 20 minutes. When I politely questioned why the service was substantially shorter than what I had purchased, the aesthetician told me, “I don’t know, you’re going to have to ask the receptionist.” When I asked the receptionist, she told me she didn’t know what to tell me and that I should contact the previous owner if I wanted another facial. When I questioned her response and the way the situation was being handled, she replied, “We can continue to argue about this, or you can just contact the old owner.” That response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I do not have the previous owner’s contact information, and as a customer, I should not be expected to track down a former owner to resolve a prepaid service package associated with the business the new ownership acquired. At the very least, the situation could have been handled with professionalism, empathy, and an attempt to find a reasonable solution. Beyond the customer service issues, the quality and length of the facials have declined significantly from what I originally purchased and experienced. I trusted this business financially by purchasing a package in advance and trusted that the services I paid for would be honored appropriately. I wish I could receive a refund for the remaining value of my package, but unfortunately that does not appear to be an option. Based on my experience with the new ownership and staff, I cannot recommend Bloom Aesthetics Med Spa or its services. I’m extremely disappointed with how a longtime, prepaid customer was treated.

  I WENT FOR THE SPECIAL 59 DLLS AND THEY DID NOT AND THEY CHARGED ME 200 DLLS AND I TELLS THEM YOU DID NOT DO NOTHING AND SHE CALL THE POLICE AND SAID SHE WAS SCARED ABOT ME😡SHE STOLE MY MONEY!! BECAREFUL!!!

  The technician that took care of me which was I don't know her name but I believe she's not there but they all took real good care of me make sure I was comfortable and came in and checked on me and I just love the results and I want to go back again
