  Booked through class pass and showed up 11 minutes early for a 4:30 massage but no one was here. It’s now 15 minutes after my appointment and the black door is still locked with no one here to interact with. Disappointing that I wasted 30 minutes

  Groupon scammers. The worst I've seen over $300 spent and they left me with spock eyes. The injector was turned into Texas medical board and this is a warning ⚠️. They scam you to come back and spend more MONEY and diluted their product. I'm not stupid I SEE YOU!!

  Very disappointed in my experience. I had purchased a Groupon for Dysport, and I arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:15pm appointment and no one was at the spa. The service provider arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment. I went in and was told to wait in the lobby - the space itself is welcoming a comfortable, so I wasn't too upset to wait a few minutes. I waited for 20 more minutes and watched him working with another client on an IV drip. When he finally came to address me, he was very kind and friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable about how to check me in or have me fill out forms and was back and forth on the phone with the owner to figure it out. I was then told to wait in the lobby again to receive a phone call from a nurse. During my time waiting, he did not interact with me, and I could see him still working with the woman getting the IV drip. At 2:55, I spoke to the provider and told him I would need to leave by 3:15 because I had only allotted an hour to be at the appointment (in the past, I've never had a Botox/Dysport appointment that took more than 20 minutes). At 3:05, a full 50 minutes after my appointment time, the service provider decided to help me without my phone consultation with the nurse since she still hadn't called. I didn't feel like there was much of a discussion about what I wanted, what I'd had done in the past or what was available to me with the Groupon I had purchased. With all the time I had spent waiting, I would've liked him to have taken the time to discuss with me my desired outcome. I was made to feel rushed through the service when he finally did take me back for my treatment. I appreciate how kind the service provider was when he did interact with me, but the overall experience felt disorganized and not particularly thorough. I would not go back.

  I have been going to Vickmay for many many years. She is the only person I trust with my skin. She has been helping for the past year get my skin Superb for my up coming wedding! I am Always getting compliments on my skin. She knows exactly what your skins needs and you will always come out glowing!
