Juli is amazing both skill-wise and as a person! Her massages are incredible and always works out my knots with the least amount of pain/discomfort. She is always so helpful and answers all my post-massage questions. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for any type of massage, but especially deep tissue!

Best massage of my life.
I always love the atmosphere and setup of any The Now location (the sound machines, little personal tent rooms, the aromas, the interior design full of natural wood). But what made this massage so special was Haley. Before my massage, she asked me specifics about what pressure I wanted used, my problem areas that I requested focus on, and what areas were okay/not okay to touch. She let me know that she would check in on the pressure, and she made me feel totally comfortable at any time to comment on what she was doing (though I didn’t need to- because it was perfect). She even checked if lavender was okay with me. This level of attention to care and personalization was something I had never experienced at a massage before, even at other locations of this same company.
During the massage itself, Haley took her time with each area she worked on. I could really feel her paying close attention to the way my body felt and was reacting, and adjust accordingly. I never thought I could actually feel someone moving tenseness in my body around (fluid?? fascia?? knots? not sure) and working it out, but Haley did that. There was such care in the way she treated my body, that it felt like more than just a bodily experience. I came to this massage mostly for pain relief, but left feeling like my nervous system had been given a hug (as well as with pain relief). So incredibly relaxing and healing.
After my massage, Haley gave me in-depth, informative, and relevant feedback about what she noticed in my body and what she would recommend I do to continue working out the tensions moving forward.
I will definitely be booking with Haley again. Awesome “bedside manner” as well- super gentle, sweet, knowledgeable, and makes you feel so comfortable and autonomous.

Stephanie gave me the best deep tissue massage I have EVER gotten. Got all my knots out without it being painful. She’s very strong and knows exactly how to help!

I’ve been to this location four separate times because it’s convenient and close to me. Unfortunately, the experience has been very inconsistent. Two visits were good and two were disappointing.
Given the location and premium pricing, I expected The NOW to feel like a higher end experience than somewhere like Massage Envy, but it really doesn’t. The massage area is a shared space divided only by curtains rather than private rooms, which makes the overall experience feel cheaper and less relaxing than I expected.
My first two therapists were great. They listened to what I needed before the massage and gave thoughtful feedback afterward. The last two experiences were completely different. I specifically requested deep pressure and didn’t receive anything close to it. Both therapists seemed tired and overworked, and afterward there was no feedback or follow up. I was basically just shown out the door.
For the price, I expect much more consistency. You may get a great therapist here, but based on my four visits, you may just as easily not. Other cheaper massage businesses I’ve visited offer more privacy and a much more consistent experience from one therapist to another.

The atmosphere is pretty and the overall aesthetic is cool but very corporate factory style methodology of seeing clients- one right after another, and you’re very close to the other people getting treated.
It’s possible I’m just better suited to more hole in the wall type places but I also didn’t appreciate being questioned- when I checked out- about my decision not to leave a gratuity. I’ve worked in the service industry, you can disagree with me, but I still believe in tipping when I’m being serviced well and the experience is great, not just automatically leaving 20% for someone doing their job. The front desk help was cold and unhelpful- I left feeling more stressed. My actual masseuse was fine- not my exact preference. I paid $80 for 15 minutes (I was 7 minutes late which I texted about due to horrible parking bottlenecked situation coming in which was out of my control)

How does The NOW differ from a traditional spa?
The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with high-quality massages and exclusive enhancements that offer relaxation and healing. Our goal is to offer customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa.
When should I arrive for my massage?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
How do I book a massage?
You can schedule an appointment online at www.thenowmassage.com, through The NOW Massage app, or by contacting the boutique directly by phone. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.
How do I cancel a service that I’ve scheduled?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, through The NOW Massage app, or by calling the boutique. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
What if I fail to show for a scheduled massage or arrive late?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.
How can I cancel my membership?
Ritual Members can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing their boutique with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the boutique or by sending an email to the boutique where your membership was purchased. All boutique contact information can be found under the locations page on our website.
Note: In states where required by applicable law, in addition to the above, you can also choose to cancel your membership through choosing the cancellation option on your membership profile online.
How long do I have to use massage credits?
Membership credits can accrue indefinitely until a Ritual Membership is canceled.
