  I wish I could give Laos 10 stars!! He was SO amazing and made my piercing experience the best I’ve ever had!! I was super nervous about getting my nose pierced but he helped me relax and the breathing techniques were really helpful! The pain level was nowhere near what I thought it would be! I don’t even live in Austin but I want to go back to him for alllll my future piercings!!

  Everyone there was very nice and easy to talk to. Loved the whole staff! My piercings came out great as well

  We felt gouged by our experience here. Pricing is not easy to understand. Cost $300 to get our two kids' ears pierced ($75 per piercing). Although we had an appointment it took over an hour and therefore they said they could not validate our parking. We came back to get the temporary posts shortened, which was portrayed as part of the deal, but that cost another $20. Technician who did the piercing knew their stuff.

  I made an appointment a month ago to downsize and get a new jewelry piece for my helix that I got done in another state. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. They didn't have the jewelry I wanted and I was told "Oh we won't get that in until tomorrow", which seemed ironic, but nonetheless we found one that worked. I was told the piercer was just finishing up. Unfortunately, I was then told that 3 more times... I think I got unlucky because it looked like they were training new employees. It was like they had one person piercing, three giving a tour, and one managing the front. Why that was the breakdown when they had multiple customers waiting in the lobby, I don't know? After waiting 40 minutes and still no sign of a piercer (but having heard the whole new employee tour!) I had to go back to work and said to please cancel my appointment. This was a Monday at noon. Not a particularly busy time so I'm not sure why they would think it reasonable for a customer with an appointment to wait 40 minutes but that's ok. I'll take my business elsewhere.
