  Tbh i didn't wanna leave a bad review but after having it removed today, I have to. The person who removed it told me that the placement was honestly awful. That because of it, the likelihood of it being ripped off and tearing my ear was very high. The girl who did it was training i think, and this was her first time doing a forward helix. She had her instructor with her but had placed it at the wrong angle and so her instructor told her to use the same opening hole again to repierce but a bit higher. It was extremely painful and to be honest, a bit unexpected because when reading online that this was an advanced piercing, id expect someone who could do it properly and doing it the way she did it.

  I booked an appointment online and received confirmation and update emails reminding me of my appointment, so I had every reason to believe my appointment was confirmed. I drove 40 minutes, struggled to find parking, and even paid for parking, only to arrive at a completely closed store with no notice and no one answering the phone. What makes this even more frustrating is that I received the cancellation text message ONE HOUR AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I am extremely disappointed and honestly upset with how this was handled. I understand maintenance happens, but failing to notify customers until after they’ve already arrived AN HOUR LATER is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of consideration for our time and money. Edit: They are inconsistent with their story, one says they were closed for maintenance while the other states they were closed due to not having enough staff. Which one is it?

  I went in to Studs on South Congress to get my tragus earring switched out - as my old one was irritating my ear. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday. Angie was really wonderful and professional and made the process easy and painless! This is my new go-to place for all earring needs :)

  Highly recommend! Laos was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He made the entire experience so easy and the conch is super cute. Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful.
