I left with new brow and lash mascaras and a curler. She was very pleased to assist and recommended within my budget and quality of items. 100% of customer service. I left very happy. Thanks D! I’ll be back ☺️
- TJTiffany JacksonApr 15, 20241.0Stopped by durning my lunch to pick up a few items, once done proceeded to check out, stood in line only to be told to go to the front of the store to check out if using card and look for Hanna went to front of store no one else to be found waited only to find out said “Hanna” was working on a long return with another customer. Went back to the original girl I spoke to niya ask if there was another associate who could help check me out. With a nasty I don’t want to be here attitude Miya said I’m busy watching the floor Hanna is the only one who can help you. Just for context there were only 2-3 other costumers in store and 3 associates but only one could do an electronic payment. If you don’t want to work in customer service NIYA maybe find a different job where you don’t have to interact with people. Never going back to this location.
