    I would give this location zero stars if possible, but google doesn’t let you, so I guess it will be a 1 star, although they deserve negative stars. I went to this location with my sister, between the both of use, we had about $300 worth of merchandise in our shopping baskets. My sister stopped a lady, a tall brunette with wash up blond streaks at the bottom of her hair, to ask her for something. My sister said, “excuse me ma’am” and the woman immediately cut my sister off mid sentence and said, “I’m not on the clock.” Shrugged her shoulders and walked away. She went over to a male coworker and proceeded to have a 10 minute chat with him, just hanging out, like they don’t get paid to provide customer service. Me and my sister put down our baskets and left without buying anything. We went to Bath and Body next door. The employees at Bath & Body are the best! They are great! They greeted us, asked if we needed any help. Spent time with us, helped us select merchandise, we left with about $200 worth of product from Bath and Body. After that, we went to Ulta and had a much better experience there too. Ended up spending about $400 at Ulta. So yeah, listen to the bad reviews, don’t go to this location. Horrible customer service, and they will just ruin your day. Luckily Bath & Body, and Ulta made up for it. Remember, Bath and Body is right next door. You don’t have to give your money to a location that clearly doesn’t want it.

    The ladies were not helpful but I was trying to pay with the Klarna app on my phone. So I told the ladies. I'm going to order online. She told me they don't use Klarna. I know she was lying but I ask is their any workers that can help and none of them help. I wanted the foundation from Selena Gomez 🥲

    My family and I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location (Mueller Center, Austin). On 4/11/26, my wife, our two young children, and I entered the store and were immediately subjected to what felt like targeted monitoring by multiple staff members. The store was busy, but the attention toward us felt noticeably different and made us feel singled out. From the moment we walked in, the interaction felt off. A staff member stared at my son in an awkward way, and when I tried to respond, I was abruptly interrupted and dismissed. The overall tone made us feel more watched than welcomed. After leaving, both my wife and I independently expressed how uncomfortable we felt, which says a lot. I returned to address it and was told staff were monitoring due to alleged theft, but that explanation did not match what we observed, and we were parked right in front of this store, and didn't see any law enforcement engaged with the store to address the claim they made. For context, we made purchases and visited a neighboring store without experiencing anything similar, which made this stand out even more. This experience left us feeling profiled and discouraged from returning. No customer, especially a family with young children, should feel scrutinized simply for walking into a store.
