  Had my makeup done for my graduation photoshoot by Sydney, and she was amazing! I had an inspo photo for her and she checked with me at every stage to ensure I was okay with the makeup. I have brown skin and she matched my shade very well! The makeup has also held up nicely! UPDATE: makeup stayed on flawlessly throughout 2 hours of sweltering Texas heat, and is still on! Thank you Sydney!

  had a very unpleasant experience when I tried to return some makeup. I did not have the paper receipt with me, but I had a clear photo of the receipt on my phone, where the purchase number and barcode were clearly visible. The employee told me that the store’s policy did not accept a photo of the receipt on a phone. I was not aware of that policy at the time, and I did not want to argue. I was simply trying to return a purchase that my husband had given me as a gift. Later, I looked into the policy myself and found out that the photo of the receipt on my phone was actually valid. This made me feel that the employee had given me incorrect information. Because of this, I had to make another trip to the store the following day. I explained the situation to the manager who was there, but instead of addressing my concern or apologizing, she simply ignored me and told me to go to the register. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of what had happened. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated by the way I was treated. This experience was very upsetting, and it has definitely changed the way I feel about shopping at this store.

  Made a return here Never got my money back Went back and the woman wouldn’t pull up my receipt Glad to know they can steal my money !

  I want to emphasize that my five star rating is for Sydney. She is very talented and has done my make up a couple times now. I would recommend her as this previous event was a complete success. I loved my make up and received so many compliments. Thanks Sydney.
