  I had my daughters’ ears pierced here, and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful. Everything went perfectly. I highly recommend them!

  We had a wonderful experience at Rowan! My daughter was very nervous about getting her ears pierced, but the nurses were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. They made her feel comfortable every step of the way, which made the experience so much easier for both of us. They also have a great selection of earrings to choose from. We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a professional and caring piercing experience for their child!

  Carolyn did a lobe piercing for me (to show my daughter not to be scared!) and then my daughter's first ear piercings! She smartly made the recommendation to have a second piercer help, so my daughter could have both ears done at the same time. This was a great call on her part, as my bouncy, nearly-4 year old was a little upset afterwards. Carolyn helped her feel better with some spray for her ears, an apple juice, and kind words. She explained everything well from check in, to choosing jewelry, to the process of the piercing, aftercare, and checkout. I will recommend this place to folks looking to get their little kids' ears pierced.

  I LOVE this location. They are so sweet and have amazing customer service. The nurse that worked with me was Cynthia. I had kind of a complex situation happen with my piercing and she was so patient, understanding, helpful, and cooperative during the whole thing. She was even kind enough to refund me for the jewelry and piercing service. I was really overwhelmed and emotional, and Cynthia treated me with so much kindness and compassion. She patiently answered all of my questions, helped guide me through my options, and never made me feel rushed or judged. She was incredibly accommodating while helping me remove the jewelry and made a difficult situation feel so much easier to navigate. I truly felt cared for and supported throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for a place with excellent customer service and people who genuinely care about their clients, I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Cynthia, for your patience, professionalism, and kindness.
