  Cynthia was incredible. My daughter has been wanting her ears pierced but was scared to get them done. She decided she was ready to go but was struggling so much while we were there debating if it was worth it. Cynthia was so incredibly patient and understanding. She went above and beyond helping my daughter feel comfortable and explaining the process every step of the way. The space was extremely clean and Cynthia was meticulous about hygiene safety and making sure we liked the placement. I have had issues with my own piercings in the past and learned so much from Cynthia about the best practices for aftercare that I’ve never been told at other places. Such a great place to go, especially for kids. Highly recommend!

  We had such a wonderful experience at Rowan with our 5-year-old daughter! From the moment we walked in, Cynthia was so kind, patient, and welcoming. She made my daughter feel comfortable and excited throughout the entire experience, explaining everything in a way she could understand. I really appreciated how gentle and professional Cynthia and Elsa was, especially with her being so young. They took their time, answered all of our questions, and made sure she felt confident and comfortable before moving forward. She absolutely loves her new earrings and was so proud of herself afterward! We highly recommend Rowan for anyone looking for a safe, professional, and kid-friendly experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our daughter!

  We had the best experience here! My daughter wanted to pierce her ears for her 7th birthday. I'm a nurse as well so I knew I wanted to go somewhere where nurses would do the piercing. Delaney helped us and was so lovely and sweet, she made the experience wonderful. My favorite part was that they had 2 nurses available to piece both ears at once. My daughter didn't even cry and hasn't had any pain in the days since. Overall such a good experience and I can't recommend enough.

  Update: a piercing became infected. So much for the extra benefits Rowan claims. I can’t believe this business model. For the very high price of each earring stud and each piercing with the same device they use anywhere, they don’t even include the saline solution you need for after care!! They charge an additional $20 for a smaller bottle than you can get for $5 on Amazon. And they ask for tip too! That’s highway robbery and they only get away with it because it’s in Westlake. There was nothing different about the process or after care instructions than if I had gotten piercings in the name order providers around here for far less. Then when they saw I wasn’t buying the after care product, they only gave me one little earring care bag though I paid for two daughters’ piercings. Sadly snobby.
