  Catty and Helena helped me and my mom get pierced for her birthday! They were so nice in the jewelry selection process, and when it came time for Catty to pierce my mom she was so encouraging and soothing. It was so easy, and a great process. Thank you guys!! I love my new pieces of jewelry!!!!!

  Went in for a piercing change and was willing to purchase a decent amount of earrings for my replacements and they stated they don’t touch earrings that aren’t theirs. This was for my forward helix and they said “if you can take them out we will change them with our own”. I then told them “I am unable to because of the angle thats why I’m here” and they refused to change my earrings. The staff was not friendly at all. The lady who was checking people in asked if I had an appointment and I stated I don’t because the website says you don’t need an appointment for piercing changes and she rolled her eyes at me. NOWHERE on their website does it state that for piercing changes you either have to remove the current ones or have existing studs purchased from them. This is terrible marketing and they need to do a better job of stating that so people don’t waste their time driving over there. End of the story if I could give less than one star I would.

  Yuri is outstanding! She really knows what she’s doing and even indulged me in checking the placement of my daughter’s second lobe piercing. We went with her original suggestion. The whole place is clean, friendly, quick, and easy but we never felt rushed. Healing time is quicker than her first piercing a local piercing shop. 10/10 would recommend

  Amanda was 11/10. She walked me through the whole process and matched my left side flat w my right! Im obsessed w my outcome! I will definitely be coming back to her

  The girls were amazing who worked there. We brought our 3.5 year old girl and they were so nice and thoughtful when piercing her ears. It was a very pleasant experience for what it was for a small child. They were pros and did them both at the same time. Very positive and encouraging to our little girls experience. I highly recommend this place.
