  Yuri was absolutely amazing! She immediately made us feel at ease and helped us find the right jewelry. The piercings didn’t feel bad at all I got two conches and overall it was a great experience!!

  Amanda is THE BEST!!! She really took her time helping me decide where to place my piercings and was SO gentle. I couldn't believe the difference in pain level compared to the piercer at the tattoo shop I go to! I ended up getting a helix, flat and a 2nd hole in each lobe - and while more expensive than other places, it's totally worth it. I plan on going back for more when these heal! The facility is very clean, they have the cutest earrings to choose from and I can't say enough great things about Amanda. Just book the appointment, you won't be sorry!

  Can’t recommend Rowan highly enough. Worked with Allison today and the experience was seamless. I was nervous and she walked me through every step of exactly what to expect (probably twice as I think I asked every question several times) and gave me plenty of assurance that they could make me more comfortable if I started to feel lightheaded, etc. piercing itself was the tiniest pinch. They have great earring options and price points. Store is beautiful and comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would give 6 stars if possible.

  I went and was pierced by Yuri! Absolutely amazing experience. It was so thorough and even though I got a helix/flat and conch, it didn’t feel like it hurt much because she guided me so well with my breathing and when the needle would go through and also when there would be pressure. The entire staff was very personable and even when I called because I was running about 5 minutes late, they were so gracious and moved my appointment back 10 minutes. Yuri broke the price down for me very clearly at the end and walked me through the aftercare in detail, answering all my questions. I’m a college student and so spending a chunk of money can feel really daunting, but this experience was so worth it. I have been to all the piercing places and this by far was my favorite experience. I got my doubles done at Claire’s and after getting the placement done incorrectly, I went back a few years later to get my left side repierced and got lock jaw for a week that to this day causes my jaw to painfully pop in and out of place when I yawn and eat. Next, I went to a tattoo parlor and had to wait for 40 minutes after the time for the appointment I scheduled online a month in advance, only to be helped by someone I didn’t book with and have to wear the clunky healing jewelry for a year. I also dealt with constant infections and keloiding. Here, aside from the amazing service I already mentioned, I was able to pick cutesy jewelry, received actual aftercare instructions, and overall left feeling really good. It’s been a few hours and the piercings don’t even feel sore which I think is a testament to how well they were done. I’m prone to piercing keloids, so we’ll have to see how well the solution works, but upon first use, the fact that it’s a spray is so convenient, it’s in a cute bottle, and doesn’t feel greasy/sticky like the Claire’s one felt a few years ago. Thank you, Yuri and Rowan. I will be saving up and coming back for my above rook and another helix! It’s worth the price IMO UPDATE: I wrote that review the same day I got the piercing and now a few weeks later, I’m even more amazed and telling everyone about it. I’ve literally had no pain other than if I tug them my accident. Love this place and am excited to go back!
