  Rowan was a fantastic experience for my kids’ first ear piercings. Our nurse, Yuri, was warm, patient, and extremely experienced. She checked in with me on the placement beforehand and explained why she selected each spot before the big event. She also did my second lobe piercings, and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I highly recommend Rowan and recommend asking for Yuri. It is definitely a premium priced service. The cute earring designs and fun atmosphere make it exciting for kids but it’s the peace of mind of knowing that you’re in a clean, positive, medically focused environment that really set it apart.

  We came in here to get our three girls ears pierced and Yuri was so professional, so kind, and so patient. We had two 8 year olds and a 10 year old and they all had a fear free experience with a needle piercing for their lobes. This is very clearly an establishment where you get what you pay for and I have no problem with that considering how clean and great this place is. Completely recommend for parents of children who ask for ear piercings.

  We had an amazing experience at Rowan with Yuri. Yuri pierced our 6 month old’s baby ears quickly and precisely! She was super professional and helped us pick the best jewelry and backings for our little one. The entire piercing process took about 10 seconds. Our baby cried for less than a minute and was all smiles again. Thank you to the sweet and knowledgeable staff! We’re obsessed.

  My daughter had her ears pierced at the Austin location (Central Market) two years ago and they pierced her ear wrong - they were done on a diagonal so when you put in larger earring they look funny and off centered. We didn't notice right away since she wore the rowan earrings for a year as recommended by the piercing team. Once we noticed I called the store and they said the holes needed to close in order for it to be fixed. I went in on Friday and spoke with the manager and she said to come in the next day and they could fix it. Well the team on Saturday was very rude to us. First I had to buy new earrings even though we'd already paid for earring and piercing and after care products the first time. They were rude to my daughter who was crying because it hurts to get your ears pierced and she had to do it again. The women wasn't nice, kept complaining that she shouldn't have do a complementary piercing, and when I asked to confirm and double check things - she rolled her eyes at me. You are supposed to be a place where this is a great experience. Not only was it done wrong the first time, but the second time I had to pay for earring and the staff was downright mean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Do not get your child's ears pierced here. I made that mistake. Terrible quality and even worse service. Will bring all receipts. She was pierced on March 14th, on March 29th i received a text message from another mom that my daughter's earring fell out. I went in two weeks later to have them re pierce her ear and replace the earring which took some convincing as she was scared to go back. We got there and they said because it has been 35 days i had to pay for the replacement and earring. I spoke w the manager explaining the situation and showed her the time stamps and she refused to help. My daughter was so disappointed after being brace and getting them done she now has to do it again. We left and went somewhere else. I am not giving them more of my money. The manager "Akeila" was rude about the entire thing and I can't believe they would expect me to pay them over $100 to replace an earring due to an issue with their product. It's bad enough my daughter went through the piecing pain and had to relive it because their product broke, to then expect me to pay them more is ridiculous. Just don't go there.
