  10/10 experience with Melissa at this store! It was my first time in a Lush store and she did a wonderful job helping me explore and was very knowledgeable about the products.

  Such a wonderful experience at Lush! Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful from the moment we walked in. The entire team made us feel so welcomed and truly made our visit special. Their warmth and customer service made the whole Lush experience even better. I honestly can’t say enough about how nice everyone was. I’m already looking forward to going back!!

  Laura helped us (my friend and i) so much and she was so amazing and friendly. She showed us the best things to get and we ended up buying three things on her recommendation. I will be coming back.!!!

  Great store and polite employees, but was really bothered by the amount of times I was approached. It was literally every 3 minutes (7-8 times) no matter how many times I told employees we didn’t need help and it made me feel uncomfortable. I wish management would stop forcing the employees to do this.

  as a loyal customer to lush i left completely disappointed and upset with the staff. I had purchased a massage bar and had stopped by a store leaving my massage bar in the car for about 30 minutes. when we got to the car the massage bar had completely melted which no one warned us about leaving out. We then called the store and spoken to a representative who told us as we had already left the store it was not on them and we agreed and she said she would give us a discount. when we got to the store and grabbed another one, i told the cashier and explained to her our situation and how we talked to someone on the phone and she brought over a man who i’m guessing is some form of manager and he said “no we’re absolutely not doing a replacement” which then i responded with, “ the lady on the phone explained that to us, i’m not looking for a free replacement but she did say she would give us a discount” which he just said no to repeatedly. If the answer was no in itself that’s a different story but as a company that stands for so much it’s disappointing to see how they talk to customers.
