  Madison was a huge help. Not only did she look awesome with her purple hair and fall out boy t shirt, but she was super nice and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

  Came today to look and some products and was warmly greeted by Lindsey who proceeded to graciously help me with samples. I will be back to purchase from her specifically!

  First time at lush didn’t know what I was getting into but Lindsey was very kind and helpful she showed me a plethora of soaps, lotions, and even a massage bar (didn’t know I needed that) I was very pleased with my purchases and impressed with her knowledge and patience and made the whole experience seem less. Will be back again :)

  "As an older traveler who’s visited 7to8 Lush stores across my journeys, I’ve never experienced customer service like this ✨💖 Karagan w/ her vibrant pink hair 💗 Madison w/ her beautiful purple hair 💜 & Alexts w/ her lovely curly hair 💛 were like stepping onto Rainbow Road — bright, colorful, and pure joy 🌈💫 Their energy felt like Infinity and Beyond, the kind of magic that just keeps sparkling ⭐🌟✨💖 They went above and beyond, helping me over the phone with detailed product explanations, then welcoming me in person with constant, genuine offers of assistance 🤍 Every question was answered with impressive knowledge. While we were processing my return and I was also getting more products, I had to explain that I have obsessive compulsive disorder and had to have everything exactly right. It was very obvious that my OCD kicked in because I was being extremely particular about making sure the return was done perfectly. It was Karagan — the girl with the vibrant pink hair 💗 — who handled my return. Instead of most people getting even a little annoyed — which I would completely understand if someone behind the counter felt that way — she went above and beyond to break down the return in a way that was easier for me. Even though my OCD made the process take longer, the more particular I got, the more pleasant and helpful she became 🤍 Because I had a stroke, it’s normally very hard for me to understand things. As an elderly person who’s had a stroke, I sadly need extra help. It was their patience and the way they helped me that made all the difference — a lot of people just don’t do that. Their kindness and clear explanations made shopping so much easier for me ✨💖 Hours later, their outstanding service is still glowing in my mind 🌟 This wasn't just good — it was extraordinary, far beyond any other Lush location I've experienced. These three truly deserve every star in the galaxy and then some ⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for making this elderly customer's day so incredibly special 💖🌈"

  I recently shopped at this location and had the best Lush experience in my history of shopping with them. I am a long-time customer, and have traveled/lived in many parts of the US where there are Lush locations, so I have visited quite a few in my time! Jason was so helpful and personable, and I explained my situation and showed me the items I was looking for and more (I was coming in-store to shop for items that got ruined in customs during shipping from a recent order: PS- customer service took care of me there too and sent me with an e-gift card to go shopping in person to avoid the same repeat issue!). Not only did he make it easy to get my shopping done on my lunch break, he made it fun, and catered to my needs the entire time I was in the store. I think I’ll ditch online ordering from here on out and make this my store of choice for shopping trips so I can see and try new things, and get the fun customer experience! Thank you so much!
