  Drove from down south of Texas as we do not have a lush location near us and visited here at around 5 pm hoping to go inside and be able to purchase products before leaving town. Left disappointed as they closed early. For it to be a franchise level company in a large city I would hope hours of operation would be accurate to those displayed online, I understand closing early due to business being slow but a whole two hours before ? . If you've never visited a lush location in Austin and are planning to make sure you call atleast this one before wasting your time.

  Ryan was great at helping me find what I needed and suggesting different products. I ended up buying the sticky dates body spray because I LOVE that scent, and Ryan sent with me two samples of products that I was also interested in. Great experience

  I’m leaving this review because I left Lush super satisfied!! Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by LT, who said hello, asked me how my day was, and held up great conversation. Sometimes when you walk into stores, you’re commonly greeted with a robot greeting, and that was not the case with LT. I was browsing around when another employee, Elijah, helped me out and suggested products based on the scent notes I shared interest in and got some great products. 5 stars for this location due to my warm welcome and receiving the best recommendations. Both employees were very knowledgeable and made my experience great. Shoutout to Elijah and LT!!

  their customer service was amazing!! sadly I didn’t get their names but the girls working that day and manager were super sweet about my returns/exchange I was a little anxious about it but they went above and beyond to make sure I went home satisfied thank you !!

  I really enjoyed shopping for all natural skin and hair care products! They had many gift baskets already prepared or you can make your own. The employees are so helpful, friendly and educational about their products and the skin and hair care products I bought were great! They smell good and especially the shampoo and conditioners, and my personal favorite I use daily for dry skin Coconut Body Butter. I use it all over my entire body and face too. I really think it has improved the dry skin issues I was having on my face and legs. I’m looking forward to going back when I need more.
