  Sophie Bermudez was such an amazing addition to our overall experience at the spa. She was so informative & knowledgeable on all the products sold at the boutiques and even took the time to apply different shades/tones on my mom to ensure that she felt confident she was choosing the right shades for her skin tone. She made our experience absolutely unforgettable & we will for sure be back! 💗 thank you Sophie!!!

  It's a nice place. All the staff were very respectful and welcoming, and I appreciate that everyone was respectful about keeping things quiet. However, I'm not sure if it's worth the price. The outside had a lot of spider webs around the tables and other areas; the place seems old and may need a good renovation, and the lunch wasn't very good. The snacks and the "appetizers" were very stale. We had a nice time and were very relaxed, but it could be better.

  My third time here and I love it more every time I come!!!!! A week is still not enough time for me!! From the superb accommodations to the best staff!! I love it all.

  Last week, I proposed to my now fiancée at Lake Austin, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We drove in from South Texas and spent the day enjoying the spa facilities and ammenities before the proposal. From the very beginning, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The staff knew what I was planning, and they went out of their way to make sure everything came together smoothly. Their kindness and attention to detail meant more than they'll ever know. A special thank you to Kristen, Julie, and everyone at the front desk for helping make this such a memorable experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, the facilities are top-tier, the food was delicious, and the spa experience was incredible. Jessica and Lina gave us amazing massages and made the day even more relaxing and special. Everything exceeded our expectations. It felt like everyone genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable, and that's exactly what happened. Thank you again for everything!

  I went with a friend and we spent Monday through early Saturday, so were overnight guests. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. I thought the food was excellent and there were plenty of options at meal time, as well as dietary-restriction friendly options. There are so many exercise classes, yoga, meditation, water sports, hikes, culinary classes, water color classes, all included in the fee, which were wonderful. All of the trainers/coaches were very engaged and very attentive to the needs of all levels of experience in their classes. My services (massage, facial, aqua myo-fascial release) were some of the best I have ever had. Pools were clean and refreshing. It was so relaxing and quiet the week I was there. I loved sitting by the lake reading in the afternoons. A very much needed peaceful time away.
